We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide and/or Certified Nurse Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Work as many or as few hours as you want, as our independently owned and operated team in the State College area, is looking for high-energy individuals that are looking for full or part time work. Nights, days, weekends and holidays are available.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities of Home Health Aide
Responsibilities vary based on the specific client plan of care provided but may include:
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
Identifies and participates in performance improvement activates.
Provide transport to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping.
Assist in providing a safe environment and promote quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards.
Ensure client's rights are adhered to.
Provide companionship.
Requirements for Home Health Aide
Caring and compassionate personality
Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
Empathy for the needs of the clients
Obtain CPR certification
Obtain negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
