Work you’ll do:
Lead and perform overall assessment of network infrastructure, inter-connectivity between buildings, connectivity to national locations for clients
Configure WAN/LAN (hardware, software)
Document network diagrams, infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, routing, security policies, and load-sharing
Develop and document network provisioning requirements and policies
Provide capacity planning assistance to develop network resource requirements projections
Support core Internet protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QoS, etc.)
Install and configure Cisco routers
Support QoS, multicast, and content delivery
Prepare order instructions for WAN circuits, equipment and services
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in networking to include, design, router, switch, firewall, and VPN administration
Experience with Cisco Nexus 2k, 5k, 9k
Strong background in LAN Engineering, optimization and implementation
Experience in Operations and Maintenance support and troubleshooting of network related issues coverting the entire enterprise (LAN/WAN/Data Center, Internet etc.)
Active Secret Security Clearance required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
Certifications: Cisco CCNA, Palo Alto PCNSA, IAT Level II
