Senior Legal Specialist
The candidate will work with a global procurement team supporting a variety of legal work throughout the world, including software licensing, product development, corporate governance, and intellectual property. Review standard templates for recurring commercial transactions and learning Adobe’s business model, including legal and business related requirements. Review, draft and approve procurement services agreements across all categories including agreements for the procurement of goods, software, services, marketing. Collaborate on RFP/RFI documentation and other various related actions for the support of these transactions. Collaborate and coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, marketing, engineering, and business unit teams to support revenue, process transactions, to address corporate policies/processes and legal issues as they arise. Should have 5+ years of relevant experience as a legal professional, with software and online services industry experience. Must be proficient at negotiating and drafting various technology license agreements, with assistance. Should have familiarity with privacy law, data security issues, and intellectual property law. Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
