Description
The Healthcare Customer Service Scheduler is responsible for answering patient calls and scheduling appointments. Healthcare Customer Service Scheduler will ensure all patient information is accurate and answer any questions about upcoming appointments. Healthcare experience is a plus! Requirements:
Experience working in high volume customer service environment.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Comfortable working on a computer and must be able to type up to 35 WPM
