We are looking for exceptional CNAs/Caregivers who can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends in Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe and Kendall counties.

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide clients with ADL's as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
Assist with Hoyer lifts and mobility devices
Assist client medication reminders
Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and health care visits
Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years CNA experience
Valid CNA certification
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Negative TB test and drug screen
Able to lift 25 pounds
Pass criminal record and background check
Reliable transportation/Valid driver's license
Able to speak, read and write English well. Spanish language fluency is a plus.
