The BPM Business Process Transformation Team operates as internal consultants across PVH enterprise leading the design and implementation of leading business practices for strategic transformation programs. The team serves as subject matter experts, guiding and supporting business units/regions on integrated strategies/roadmaps, business process design, development of capabilities and systems, performance metrics, transformation enablement & adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.   

The primary responsibility of the Senior Lead, Business Process – Article Creation is to drive the advancement of PVH’s end-to-end article creation and product master data management business processes, capabilities, & performance spanning planning, product creation, merchandising, supply, and selling.

This role has a significant leadership (influence) impact on building, enabling, and advancing the PVH’s Article Creation processes & capabilities across PVH brands and business units. It requires a strong ability to influence at multiple levels across the organization.

This position actively partners with business and IT in the implementation of Article Creation business transformation projects with a focus on leading Article Creation process design & optimization and capability implementation.  This role drives and facilitates the tactical execution of business enablement activities including business requirements & training documentation, user acceptance testing, training & business adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Operate in a leadership capacity to drive the tactical execution of business process and enablement activities for Article Creation transformation initiatives

• Contribute as an Article Creation Thought Leader & Subject Matter Expert with strong working knowledge of product master data management processes, capabilities, and leading practices across Planning, Product Creation, Merchandising, Supply, & Selling

• Spearhead current state Article Creation process discovery & assessment to understand business requirements & improvement opportunities for new capabilities 

• Drive future state vision, definition, & optimization of Article Creation processes & capabilities & business case for improvements

• Document future state business processes and requirements leveraging new capabilities

• Ensure cross-functional integration of Article Creation processes with other PVH enterprise process domains

• Partner with Product Data Standardization & Governance team to ensure consistent approach and standards applied to Article Creation product data management processes

• Operate in a leadership capacity to drive business process and enablement activities for Article Creation transformation initiatives

• Partner with business units in understanding “from/to” change impacts, assessing process & organizational readiness, and implementing change readiness action plans to ensure successful adoption

• Drive preparation and facilitate execution of user acceptance testing

• Lead development of Article Creation “day in the life” business process training playbooks, how-to guides, and procedure documentation

• Facilitate delivery of Article Creation “day in the life” training and conduct pre and post go-live evaluations to identify risks and drive training/adoption corrective actions

• Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized Article Creation KPI analytics & reporting capabilities

• Monitor Article Creation process performance & tool adoption with objective of diagnosing issues & identifying improvement actions

• Lead & facilitate cross business unit forums to exchange of Article Creation best practices, transfer knowledge, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive continuous improvement opportunities

• Oversee governance, prioritization and management of enhancement requests across business units related to Article Creation continuous improvements

• Support development of project plans, timelines, & resourcing for business enablement activities to support Article Creation transformation initiatives

• Stay apprised of latest process and technology capabilities that can be applied to PVH Article Creation processes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:  

• Minimum 6 years operational and/or consulting experience in Product Master Data Management spanning Planning, Product Creation, Merchandising, Supply, & Selling.

• Apparel or consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business process management or improvement

• Minimum 2 years supervisory role/experience managing a team

• 3+ years’ experience with leading Product Master Data Management, ERP, & PLM applications. Stibo PIM (Product Information Management)/MDM (Master Data Management), SAP S4 Fashion, and Centric PLM strongly desired but not required. Preferably involved in the design, implementation, and training or expert user.

• Project management experience preferred

Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field. MBA a plus.

Skills: 

• Fully conversant in Article Creation & Product Master Data Management concepts, leading practice business processes and techniques, and functional capabilities

• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a business transformation initiative, process and system implementation project, and cross-functional teams

• Effective communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with ability to interface across functional areas and at all levels of the organization

• Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement

• Proven ability to develop teams and educate and train others in new ways of doing business

• Solid project management skills for Planning, resourcing, monitoring project and improvement initiatives
