The candidate will help coordinate company's key strategic partnerships in North America, including those with large companies (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google, and Microsoft) and smaller, innovative enterprises in the edtech venture community. Responsible for company's relationships with those companies around the world. Identify partnership opportunities by closely tracking developments at partner companies. Understand company's strategic goals and connect them with opportunities to work with partners. Conduct market, financial, and operations research to support a partnership strategy. Structure complex partnership agreements that support company's business goals. B.A. degree is required. MBA or J.D./ MBA preferred. Must have 8-10 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in a strategy / corporate development role at an education or technology company and/or in venture capital, management consulting, or investment banking with activities in education.
