GENERAL SUMMARY

The Associate Ecommerce Content Specialist will be responsible for content execution on dsw.com. The Associate Ecommerce Content Specialist will keep the information and images displayed on the site fresh, informative, and appealing for customers. The Associate Ecommerce Content Specialist will assist in implementing new content functionalities by partnering with DSW's technical and digital experience teams.

 

REPORTS TO:  Sr. Ecommerce Content Specialist

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Ensure content throughout dotcom is up-to-date, within standards and guidelines, and consistent throughout all platforms using content management system

*Collection page inline content *Homepage *Brand Pages *VIP Pages *Services Pages *Marketing pages *Offer details pages

*Point of contact for IT when it comes to new site content developments for sprints and large projects, content bugs and defects *Maintain a high standard of quality to create the best customer experience *Understand marketing strategies in addition to overall digital business strategy and understand performance of content through weekly reporting and analysis *Potential to be available for after hour responsibilities *Be the point of contact after web jobs have been signed off on in routing by working with traffic and creative teams on web job timelines *Point person when it comes to site testing all web assets and cascading any updates needed to the traffic and creative teams
 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Demonstrated proficiency with computers *Experience in tools (not required, but a plus) *Experience with Oracle Experience Manager or comparable web platform *Experience with Adobe creative suite *WorkFront project management system or comparable platform *Excel/Microsoft Suite tools *Dedicated work ethic and punctuality *Strong retail business acumen *Aptitude to generate new ideas with recommended implementation solutions *Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously *Strong reasoning skills and an aptitude for problem solving *Proven ability to interact & collaborate across multiple disciplines in order to accomplish a common goal *Ability to exercise independent discretion and make decisions in a time sensitive environment with minimal or no supervision *Excellent communication skills *Strong organizational skills

*Bachelor's degree
