One On One Care is looking to hire in-home caregivers
to work with clients in Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg. Full time and part time hours available!
Compensation - $10.50 – $11.50/hour
CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred, but we will pay the training costs for the right candidate!
Clients in Need (Immediate Hire)
1. Female, 73-years old, Spotsylvania Courthouse. Client has a history of strokes and limited use of her right hand. She uses a quad cane and wheelchair for ambulation. She requires assistance with bathing and toileting, and full assistance with dressing. Caregiver will also perform light housework, prepare meals and assist the client with eating. The family is looking for a compassionate caregiver who can stay with the client 8a-2p, Mon.-Fri. Evening hours also available!
2. Male, 14-years old, Fredericksburg. Client is a nonverbal male with developmental delays, and he is blind. Lifting is needed to help the client get in/out of chairs and to the toilet. Regular care is needed to support him with his daily routine and meals. He enjoys music and dancing and being outside. Flexible schedule (full or part-time hrs., including overnights) with the option of overtime. Caregiver MUST be certified – CNA, PCA or HHA.
3. Female, 5-years old, Fredericksburg. Client recently had a breathing tube removed and needs a very patient caregiver to monitor her eating, breathing and play time. She does get frustrated at times due to the limitations placed on her because of her health so the caregiver must be kind and understanding. Full time hours available - M-F, 9a-5p.
4. Additional clients in need in Stafford and Fredericksburg – part time hours, flexible schedules.

- Screening: Virginia State Criminal Background Check
- References: At least 2 professional references
