Coordinator of Title IX Services
The candidate provides consultation and support to the University and its campuses in order to ensure compliance around gender-based discrimination or harassment protected under federal and state laws, regulations, guidelines and University policies regarding Title IX of the Civil Rights Act. Oversees all Title IX-related resources, training, education and compliance-associated functions System-wide, in coordination with campus-based Deputy Title IX Coordinators and other leadership as appropriate. Should have a Master's or J.D. degree from an accredited institution. Must have 4+ years of related experience with duties and responsibilities related to compliance, investigations, programming, diversity, employment and student practices. Comprehensive knowledge of gender-based discrimination and harassment policies, laws and regulations is required. Experience developing and delivering training for a variety of constituents is needed. Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative Title IX team is preferred. Related experience in a public institution or higher education environment working with faculty, staff or students is an asset. Experience with Maxient is a plus.
