The product designer will craft UX strategy, participate in product discovery through testing and research, sketching concepts, defining information architecture, building prototypes, and will collaborate with product managers, engineers and other partners across the globe.

At the heart of one of the world’s best loved and most recognizable brands is an impeccable Owned Brand product organization. We thrive on the magic of discovering that just-right thing, and we infuse everything we do with our passion for delighting our guests. Follow through on delivery: own production design with an eye for detail and efficiency to create detailed design documents and assets to support engineering in shipping digital product out the door.
Collaborate wildly well with others including other designers, engineers, product owners, QA staff, accessibility consultants, and executives.
Become an advocate to Target employees & partners by understanding their journey, goals and how they are connected to our guest and business goals.
Consult with other teams across Target to ensure cohesiveness of the app ecosystem for internal users and external users.
Assist with maintaining a pattern library of UI and design elements, together with engineers and accessibility, to ensure that reusable, proven and tested patterns are documented and socialized to other teams throughout the enterprise.
