Candidate will handle administration of day-to-day operations, oversight of the academic program, supervision of staff and faculty, and development and implementation of the strategic plan. Must have: Earned doctorate. Other terminal degree (e.g., Masters or Law degree) with significant and relevant experience may be considered. 5+ years of college/university teaching experience required; experience with liberal arts colleges and education preferred. Administrative and managerial experience in higher education. Experience with experiential learning and internships in higher education. Experience with managing program finances and budget oversight. Experience in academic program planning, management, development, and alumni relations.
