As this position is a senior member of the analyst team, the below accountabilities will often be applied to more complex, higher profile and generally more challenging projects and engagements (as compared to those assigned to general analyst role). In all client-facing work, the incumbent will work under the supervision of a Littler Attorney. u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eActively participates in intake of client data for Data Analytics (“DA”) projects.u003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eEnsures data is complete, arranged, formatted and structured as needed (e.g. relation database) for accurate and efficient analysis of sameu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for combining multiple data set from clients to support desired analysis, including preparation of comprehensive graphic coverage reports u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for partnering with clients to pinpoint and to prioritize data needed to support desired analysisu003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eAssessment of data as related to the desired approach and outcomesu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for rapid and accurate assessment of data thoroughness and appropriateness relative to the business objectives desired  u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEnsures statistical method chosen is appropriate given data and attorney’s desired business objectives. As appropriate, may advise attorneys on appropriate analytical methods given the state of available data. u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eIndependent analysis client datau003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eResponsible for efficient, accurate statistical modeling and analysis of client data in support of attorney-driven business objectives. Analysis will center around issues related to employment law (e.g. pay equity, reductions in force, and wage u0026 hour) u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eSummary and presentation of findingsu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eAccountable for summary and presentation of findings with fidelity to the statistical results producedu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEnsures final summaries are approachable and consumable by littler attorneys and clients who may not have advanced training in statistics or related fields u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eAs required, ensures analysis is practical and scalable by including multiple scenariosu003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePartners with attorneys to finalize summary and presentation of findings u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eInformation securityu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eEnsures all work (including sending and receipt of data) conforms with Littler and client data security protocolsu003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eAssessment and validation of other analysts’ worku003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eSpecific to the Senior analyst is the requirement provide effective validation and quality control of other analyst team members’ work product.
