Profile

Coordinates implementation, optimization, and operation of network systems including procurement, installation, configuration, and management. Provides ongoing information to management, customers, and peers regarding enhancement and innovations. Conducts all levels of network operations activities, including translations and other duties involved with the preparation needed prior to installation or the tracking and analysis of network elements. Troubleshoots highly complex problems and recommends a definite solution. May work on several components of one project or multiple projects. May act as technical lead for team. Provides direction to lower level employees.
.This is a position in a 24x7 NOC environment.

Basic Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Two years Network Operations experience
Preferred Qualifications CCNA
