Requirements:
Current State of New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide License
Able to pass a criminal background check
Must have current (within 1 year) negative TB test results or chest x-ray stating history of positive PPD
Must have current (within 1 year) physical
Must have Rubella/Rubeola immunity blood work or titer or MMR vaccine
