Android iOs and Web educational game

Android, iOs and Web educational game
Hi, my name is Miguel, I am a teacher and I have developed a prototype for a Math game to practice addition and subtraction at ****I have received great feedback from teachers and students and I would like to develop a full game for PC, Android, and IOs including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. It should include a demo version with some levels open and an upgrade version with payment integration.
The game is based on levels of progressive difficulty where the students solve math operations. There are 100 levels for each operation (100 for addition, 100 for subtraction, 100 for multiplication, and 100 for division). The developer has to create operation generators for each level. The screen in the different levels will change because bigger numbers will require more answer boxes. The players interact with the operations, not just answer questions.
It will be a 2D game with basically buttons and screens.
The game has to collect information about the operations that the players solved and players should be able to access them. There is a teacher version in the app where teachers can create student accounts and check their statistics.
It has to include different options for avatars and a market with different items. When the players solve operations they get points and they use the points to go to the market and upgrade their avatar.
We want the app to be done in English and Spanish. We can help with translation, but there is not really that much text on it.
We have all the documents ready and we can meet to talk more in detail. We would like it to be done in one month, so make sure that you have a team that will be working on it full time.
Once you complete the game, we will continue to develop the app to integrate new features so if we agree, this could be a long term project.
