Prestigious, award winning, New Car Dealership currently recruiting for highly experienced Accounts Payable Administrator. High volume workload, 1200-1300 invoices per month, plus check preparation of approximately 150-200/month, vendor reconciliations, ordering office supplies, sublet reconciliation, monthly analysis of expense accounts, prepare daily deposit for bank and complete a daily DOC report. Dealer is on ADP Drive DMS program and experience with Microsoft Excel will be a must. Also requires minimum 3-5 years dealership experience with these specific tasks. Strong general accounting background makes this job much easier. NOW INTERVIEWING FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!
