Experienced WordPress Programmer Needed

I had a custom WP website built 2 years ago and the original developer is no longer available. I need someone to take over and make changes to the site now.
The site uses complex architecture and requires extensive understanding of the following:
- WordPress
- PHP / Javascript
- Custom Post Types
- Custom Fields
- Google Maps APIs
- Dynamic Creation of Microsoft Word documents from custom field values
- Dynamic PDF Creation from web pages
- Custom coding to create compound calculations
- User Management / Custom User Roles
- MySQL Database Management
Here is the current problem:
The site originally made use of Advanced Custom Fields plugin. This causes the site to run very slow. We need to replace the custom fields created using ACF with something else without breaking the custom coding that exists throughout the site. I can explain more about this as needed.
