What does it mean working in a facility?
Long term care facilities are very understaffed and they have asked for HomeWell to help! When working in a facility you will be working with 10-12 residents at a time that need help with all of their ADL’s. Most of the facilities that we are staffing for are in Hilliard or Dublin AND MORE!
What hours do we have available?
◦6am-2pm.
◦2pm-10pm.
◦10pm-6am.
What is the pay?
◦$16.80/hour or if you work between the hours Friday 8pm until Sunday 8pm you will make $17.80/hour.

Eligibility Requirements:
◦At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
◦Verifiable work and professional references.
◦Have a valid Drivers License and valid Auto Insurance.
◦Your own reliable vehicle.
◦Pass a criminal background check.
◦Have excellent communication skills.
◦You must be: compassionate, honest, dependable/reliable, professional, always exceeding, and have respect for others!
