Associate Paralegal
The candidate will assist with the preparation and review of multi-family loan closing documents, assist with document imaging and electronic document management, and other special projects. A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree and a paralegal certificate would be preferred. Should preferably also have several years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary in commercial real estate or a related field. Must be highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs.
