Legal Counsel II

Duties: Provide significant support to the Senior Counsel, Associate General Counsel and General Counsel of the Company on matters of critical importance. Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations and how they apply. Advise the Company in litigation and other legal proceedings. Advises divisions of the company concerning business transactions. Reviews and prepares business contracts. Provides legal counsel and guidance to all divisions of the company on operational matters. Advises the various functional departments of the Company on the legal implications of their activities. Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
