front end web developer psd to html5
I am going to make it clear, i need a real designer that understands design, not just a coder, i built my website with design in mind, i have tried few times to hire freelancers here and most of them turn my project into garbage, they cant seen to follow the design rules and replicate the PSD to pixel perfection.
What i need is for you to build this website with the exact same rules, layout, font, font styling, transparencies, distancing using rules.
the project is about 20 pages long, if you can show me that you are able to do it then i will award you but to save time and not waste anytime with fake promises and garbage results. i will need you to do one page trial, after i see the work and if it does match my design i will automatically award you the entire project
this is an urgent project that needs to get done asap. only looking for the best
Project should be coded with the exact same css effects as the reference link i will provide you by message.
The page should be coded in html5 responsive dynamic design so it can expand for later optimization.
the responsive mobile version should also have a clear design in mind.
everything about it should be high quality 7inch so the exact proportions should match responsive design so when i see the preview it should match my display and other screens as well
