a DevSecOps Lead in support of the Air Force Logistics Command.  This DevSecOps Lead will support Agile Vision Logistics (AVLog) to deliver value across an enterprise portfolio.   W
e are seeking a high performing, seasoned DevSecOps Lead to join our team. You’ll help us to conceptualize, plan and execute enterprise scale DevSecOps. 
You must have demonstrable execution experience in Cloud based DevOps security testing, assessment, and risk management activities.

Technical / Leadership Qualifications
Experience in conducting Cloud security reviews and technical assessments on Saas, IaaS, and PaaS solutions
Strong knowledge of information security landscape, Cloud security solutions, and current and emerging security threats
Understanding and experience working with US Federal government security requirements, practices and standards (including FEDRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, FIPS (up to level 3), and Common Criteria)
Experienced working with results generated from vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, threat modeling, and secure code reviews
Strong understanding of industry standard information security control frameworks, particularly with respect to Cloud assessments
Strong knowledge of secure software development life cycle (SSDLC), microservices architecture, application containerization, DevSecOps, and experienced in security testing tools/methods such as, SAST, IAST, and RASP
Demonstrate experience in the area of risk and controls across various IT platforms, especially Cloud infrastructure and applications
Ability to understand, and clearly articulate complex technology risks or control deficiencies to technical and non-technical business representatives, and translate into business risks. Be able to recommend security solutions and remediation
Implement a standard DevSecOps pipeline across multiple Application Development Teams
Employ Agile/DevSecOps (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), supplying coaching, expertise and thought leadership
Support hands-on full stack engineering development on projects, coaching and helping delivery teams to adapt this as part of their development life cycle
Understand the DevSecOps tooling landscape and have experience integrating various DevSecOps tools together into toolchains to provide end-to-end application lifecycle management
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills
Ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple projects and tasks simultaneously within defined time frames
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Education / Experience / Certifications
A track record of increased responsibility (promotions) based on performance
A Bachelors college degree is required, A Masters is preferable, plus 4 – 6 years of relevant experience with an information security team
Relevant industry accepted security certifications (CCSP, CCSK, CSSLP, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, SANS, CEH, or other relevant certifications)
Must be US Citizen
NACI or SECRET security clearance preferred

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
