C# License Plate Recognition using OpenCV for United States
We want a software program developed for license plate recognition using C# and the OpenCV standard that DOES NOT use OpenALPR or other solutions that have commercial licenses fees for use. The solution should accept high resolution video from multiple cameras and accurately extrapolate license plates from it.
Three sample images are provided. The successful candidate will PROVE they can detect the plates in the image, and extract the state and license plate number from the [login to view URL] final deliverable will use multiple video streams simultaneously.
In your response, please clearly state exactly what third-party components you intend to use, and how you will use them to detect the plates and return text data to a C# application. Please also state the total cost to develop the application.
Thank you.
