WHAT WE OFFER:
SIGN-ON BONUS of $250!
Paid after 2 weeks of continual shift work
$200x2 Referral Bonus
$200 bonus to employees who refer new hires to our company AND the person they referred ALSO gets $200*
Pay Rate
is determined by the individual Caregiver: # Years of HHA experience
Dual Certifications, such as CNA, PCA, etc.
Extra Skills, such as Hoyer Lift, etc.
Ready with ALL necessary documentation [shown below]
Job Requirements
Valid CHHA
[Certified Home Health Aide] license in NJ
Current TB Testing [2-Step PPD /Chest X-Ray /IGRA Bloodwork]
MMR Titers or immunization records
Current Physical Exam Report within one year)
2 Work references required
Hourly employees
MUST
have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation RELIABLE: consistently on-time and with no call outs
Pleasant, kind, helpful, positive personality
Must speak and understand English well / clear-speaking
