The candidate will assist management at the facility, market and division levels in achieving organizational goals by acting as a reliable and trusted consultant on a wide range of labor relations matters including collective bargaining. Will assist in the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, compliance with labor laws, and union avoidance. May manage other members of the Labor Relations staff who also provide labor relations support within the pertinent market or division. Advise about and manage the response to union organizing. Advise about and manage the preparation for, and the response to, strikes, picketing and other job actions by unions. Prepare and present appropriate training for facility management on a variety of labor relations topics. Should have 7+ years of experience of relevant experience. Bachelors degree required. Law degree or Masters in Industrial Relations or Labor Relations or similar discipline is preferred.
