The candidate will be responsible for: Develop and manage all branded and non-branded print advertising with constant updates and modifications based on metrics and empirical data. Develop new marketing mediums and channels from concept to distribution. Administer and measure the success of internet marketing initiatives and develop the growing social media presence. Direct and implement social media campaigns (Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram). Continue to develop the company Scholarship program. Work in conjunction with multiple media agencies in the creative development of branding and messaging for both core and non-core television advertising. Analyze the cost of and efficacy of all firm marketing campaigns using metrics and empirical quantifiable data. Find SEO contractor and PPC Campaigns. Monitor our marketing sources and track various KPI’s. Identify, analyze and pursue business development opportunities for the Firm, practice groups, and individual attorneys, both within the existing client base and with potential new clients. Direct and perform research and market intelligence gathering regarding the Firm’s clients, potential clients, and competition, as well as other information related to the Firm’s marketing efforts. Act as a creative and critical thinker in assessing the Firm’s competition and in assisting practice groups and individual partners in developing well-conceived, thoughtful business plans, possessing an in-depth understanding of the legal market. Create and monitor business development goals and targets as a means of monitoring the success of business development efforts. Advance the Firm’s professional image and develop the Firm’s branding and communications strategies. Oversee the Firm’s website content and development to ensure it represents the depth of legal services provided by the Firm and reflects the Firm’s professional image. Lead and manage Firm communications activities, including external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts, and external vendors and consultants. Manage the Firm’s marketing budget, including the development and presentation of methods for demonstrating return on the Firm’s marketing investment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, or related field preferred. Should have experience in managing a team of 3 to 5 people. Must have 5+ years’ experience in a legal/marketing setting. Must be proficient and experienced with Google Analytics, You Tube, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. Case management software (Filevine) familiarity & knowledge a plus.
