The candidate duties will include: direct management of a team of Privacy Program Managers (PPMs) who drive a robust privacy by design process. Will also be leading and managing cross-functional privacy reviews for new products and features with product teams to evaluate and provide guidance on privacy implementations, and partner with legal, public policy, product marketing, security, communications and other teams across the company to drive towards consensus-based solutions. A successful candidate will have a passion for leading a team in the privacy, technology or product space, as well as strong interpersonal and project-management skills. Manager, Privacy Program. Manage day to day operations across multiple regions with cross-functional partners and teams. Establish and foster strong working relationships with various stakeholders and teams. Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results. Consult and provide guidance to product teams (including product managers, engineers, designers, and content strategists) to develop creative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges during the development of innovative technical products. Establish, communicate and implement a consistent strategic vision of privacy across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. Develop and build strategic relationships with partners and business teams in order to collaborate on integrating privacy into product software development and business processes.
