SECOND SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Shift hours
: 3pm to 12pm weekly plus every other Saturday

Qualifications for Successful Applicant:
Must have previous experience managing a crew of 4-6 people
Must have own transportation
Have high school diploma or equivalent
Possess a positive attitude
Strong desire to learn
Effective communication skills
Able to drive a forklift
Able to lead team to implement breakdown repairs to keep system running
Able to implement company's written policies
Able to consistently hit company's goals for production
Excellent compensation package commensurate with experience
