Duties: Provide advice, guidance, and assistance on a wide range of real estate and business issues. Will provide advice on design, construction, and property development; utilities and energy; facility services and contracts; land use, titles, and zoning; tax and regulatory issues and agreements; easements, licenses, and other land use agreements; leasing; acquisitions, and dispositions; and environmental issues. May also be called upon to work with the real estate legal team at s Investment Management Company on commercial leasing and other matters. General transactional matters could include significant procurement agreements, collaborative agreements, and legal compliance advice across a spectrum of topics faced by a complex research institute.
