Senior Director, Inclusion & Diversity
Duties: Development and implementation of corporate inclusion and diversity strategies, including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention. Establish and Co-lead Executive Councils in partnership with business leaders to drive the commitments/goals stated by the the I&D strategy. Drive diversity programs in partnership with the I&D team and various stakeholders across HR. Serve as subject matter expert and liaison to I&D Business consultants to develop strategic action to attract/develop/retain diverse talent. Partner with communications to regularly communicate internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives, events and progress. Partner with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. University to ensure Inclusion & Diversity development programs are aligned to development and retention goals. Partner with Supplier Diversity to increase the number of diverse suppliers in our network, and thereby increasing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. spend with these suppliers. Identify, build, and sustain community partnerships to support URM (Black/African American & Latinx) projects/plans/initiatives and business strategies.
