Possess expertise with high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, and machine control. CMMS and PLC's experience is a plus.

Description:
Candidates should be prepared to work a 2nd shift as well as weekends as needed. We are looking for skilled team members who have a minimum of 5 years managment experience and possess strong mechanical aptitude, trouble shooting abilities including maintenance management experience.
Must have prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing ideal.
Good communication skills in a prior leadership role.
Maintains effective communications between departments.
Must be a problem solver and make suggestions for improvement.
Pro-active response to down time.
Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
