Job Description: Full Time CNA / Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Provide personal care assistant services to clients as identified by the agency in the plan of services per agency policies and procedures.
Assist with personal care activities (ADLs) and IADLs allowing client independence to tolerance as indicated in the service plan including: Assistance with personal care and hygiene
Support with mobilit
Help with household chores
Errands and transportation
Companionship, and other responsibilities
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
Two years of prior experience in the field of Home Care
HCA, CNA, HHA certificate
CPR AED and First Aid certificate
Must be able to lift and transfer 50 lbs and above
Must have a valid driver license
