Junior IP Associate
The candidate should have 1-3 years experience with an Electrical Engineering (EE) or related degree to join the Intellectual Property Practice Section. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member as well as interact directly with clients on a wide variety of highly sophisticated matters. Handling all aspects of patent, trade secrets and other intellectual property litigation (including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial, and trial), and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships. Primarily work with the IP litigation team in the San Francisco office, but will also be expected to work with all attorneys in practice section throughout the country and interact directly with clients based in the U.S. and internationally. Must have excellent academics record, a Bachelor's degree, a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school, and an Electrical Engineering (EE) or related degree, and be a member of the California State Bar in good standing. Previous or current employment with an Am Law 100 firm is preferred Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
