Experience
-Previous experience on project teams with a proven ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones
-Collaborate across business and IT disciplines to effectively support the already deployed users.
-Experience with systems implementation and/or process transformation
Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in:
SAP Security for SAP ECC, SCM, BI-BO, PI, GTS, MDM, Solution Manager, eWM
SAP GRC BusinessObjects or related tool set
Definition and management of Segregation of Duties (Business and IT)
Proven ability to solve problems in a methodical manner and to track and measure expected results
Working experience in FDA regulated environment is a plus
SKILLS
-Strong technical skills in SAP Security
-Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to manage conflict.
-Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
-Solid analytical skills and a strong customer service focus.
-Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business/technical teams and external consultants.
-Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Detailed knowledge of SAP support for security audits and certifications.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products, including Visio and Project.
-Ability to travel if required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will work
alongside
and
with
the
SAP App. Security Lead,
a consulting team and colleagues worldwide to design, configure, document, test, implement, deliver and
support
SAP security roles and profiles for the SAP environments in the Global ERP program.
Core responsibility of this position will be to support the Mariposa (SAP) already deployed end-users.
The position holder will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders globally to:
-Provide SAP security design, administration, analysis, and support tasks for all SAP system modules, and landscapes such as ECC, BI-BO, PI, Solution Manager, MDM, BI, Business Objects, GTS, and eWM.
-Create and maintain business process documents for SAP Security.
-Maintain SAP user profiles and roles across SAP landscapes.
-Understand, communicate and translate authorization concepts to business owners and security officers.
-Ensure all service requests are managed and completed according to SLAs.
-Participate in team conference calls and work closely with SAP functional support team and non-SAP support team to resolve problems.
-Provides Ad-hoc query reports to the SAP Security Lead and to the upper management.
-Assess urgency of issues and requests in order to help prioritize resolution.
-Work with security role approvers and SoD risk owners in determining segregation of duty violations.
-Perform risk assessments on SAP authorization change request and reports to management.
-Write test plans, participate in creating the user rights authorization process and provides SAP security related education.
-Work with Help Desk to provide updates to users on security related tickets.
-May participate in communications and meetings with audit functions.
-Look for integration points within other project Workstreams, GRC, Basis and IT
-Ensure proper ITGC controls are in place to protect the applications
-Assist in the documentation of the SAP transport, security, and administration procedures
-Analyze requirements for security role builds. Build roles based on requirements. Test all roles prior to transport.
-Participate in the development of procedures, policies and SOP documentation for all Global data security, systems and applications.
-Over site of SAP Security for all functions and modules that have been implemented in earlier Deployments.
-Participate in the definition and security standards for the SAP project.
-Developing, maintaining and enforcing security policies and procedures.
-Design and document the security approach and strategy for the SAP implementation.
-Defining and documenting the system security controls matrix.
-Design, configured, and deployed SAP security for the project.
-Work with GRC and Workstream teams in establishing the security controls in order to follow SoD principles.
-Educate and train the project team on Security policies and Controls.
-Experience in SOX Audits and compliance.
-Assist in the development of production deployment check list and the completion therof
-Assist in mapping technical security roles to users
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in any of the Engineering fields.
