Website Evaluation
I have recently had a real estate wordpress website developed and looking for an honest evaluation of the development. Im also looking for a developer that can help create custom features of the site as needed.
I feel the original developer misrepresented themselves by indicating I would have complete control of the site using the Wordpress CMS but they developed everything using code and therefore nothing was in the WYSWYG GUIs making it completely frustrating for me to make the simplest changes. I basically have to hire them to do everything. I want to be able to create new pages, edits links, text, etc on my own without going to the TEXT tab.
I need an honest developer that will review and comment if this is the way sites are typically developed and If I need to suck it up. I will pay for an evaluation and will also work with you on future projects to expand and build out the site with more custom elements.
The developer must have experience with coding Wordpress sites, CSS, Active Campaign and IDX. Once I establish communication with a likely candidate, I will provide all details for site. If you are not familiar with real estate websites and the use of IDX plugins, there is no need to apply for this. When responding, please provide name of IDXs you are familiar with. If this information is not provided, I will not respond. Thank you.
