Never a problem with inventory and supply of top selling pre-owned cars and trucks-Deep Pockets with $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 available for buying inventory.
Here they are looking for a manager that can do it all from recruiting and training to buying and appraising to auction sales to lot display to desking deals to reconditioning. Strong emphasis on the buying side.
Requirements are for minimum 10 years high volume used car sales management with verifiable track record of results. Strict guidelines for PVR front and back, units per month, aging of inventory, accurate evaluation of trades and cost controls.
