Position Overview:  
As our Market Vice President of Medical Operations/Associate Chief Medical Officer, you will report directly to the Division Senior Vice President – Chief Medical Officer.  Key responsibilities include:  


Operational Accountability – oversite with respect to all aspects of patient care within the assigned clinical area(s)

Performance/Quality Improvement – development, implementation and evaluation of systems/initiatives/programs to facilitate performance/quality improvements

Short –and Long-Term Planning – development of strategies/initiatives/programs/projects to support future growth and transformational changes

Resource Management/Budget Administration

Staff Management and Development

Business Development/Marketing – works collaboratively with CHI-FH Marketing/Communications Department to develop effective marketing strategies','!*!About Our Ideal Candidate:


Has a MD or DO degree with Board Certification in a medical or surgical specialty

Master’s degree in healthcare administration is preferred

A record of 10 years of successful clinical practice augmented by one year of leadership experience in a hospital system

Employed physician group experience is preferred

A Washington State license to practice medicine, full and unrestricted
