Entry Level Attorney
The candidate will handle creditor rights, bankruptcy, and real estate matters. Should have strong knowledge of bankruptcy law, business entities, and secured transactions. Experience in these areas via clerkships, internships, or legal clinics is a plus. Responsible for reviewing title reports to identify title defects; reviewing complaints; reviewing files for trial preparation; reviewing files for drops and defaults; attending client meetings; and once Barred, appear in court on motions, non-jury trials, 341 Meeting of Creditors, and bankruptcy Chapter 13 plan confirmation hearings. Should be an Active member of the Florida State Bar. Should know Spanish.
