Job Description
Infosys is seeking EUC L2 Hands and Feet Onsite Support in Malta, NY. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include day to day Administration and Operation. The administrator needs to maintain best practices and collaborates with other teams
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY or be willing to relocate to the area. This work requires candidate to work out of Office premise.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 1 year of experience in EUC L2 Hands and Feet Onsite Support.
Onsite Desktop/ Laptops support
Windows OS (client) and Office 365 support.
Telephony and conference room Endpoints.
Printer services and support.
Hangout Units, Teams Conference Rooms.
Thin Client support.
TV's & Projectors in Conference rooms.
AD and IDMS Operations.
Concierge Service.
3rd Party Vendor Management
Vendor coordination
Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment.
Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
Troubleshooting Hardware related issue and working with OEM Vendors.
Planning and Co-ordination skills.
Good Communication and Analytical skills.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
