Associate Corporate Counsel
Duties: Review, draft, negotiate and finalize customer contracts and other legal documents. Ensure internal and customer/vendor compliance with all contractual and documentation protocols. Respond to inquiries from sales teams regarding customer facing documents. Prepare responses to customer RFPs and other information requests. Work closely with sales teams, carrier relations, product and strategic initiatives departments.
