Fix horizontal scrolling and mobile margin issue on Cargo built website
Looking for an experienced developer to fix an issue on a single page website. Its currently a one pager with a vertical scroll, that becomes a horizontal scroll when it reaches a section before reverting to horizontal scroll. Currently the horizontal scrolling works well but is tied with the placement of a users mouse rather than their placement on the page, which is preferred (the horizontal scroll should begin when the user reaches the midpoint in the section).
Additionally, there are some issues with sizing of this section on mobile given the horizontal scrolling. Would be great to resolve this so it works well both on mobile and on desktop.
The website is on Cargo and you can take a look at [login to view URL]
