Front-end web dev, with an eye for design, to create landing pages for dating sites
We are looking to outsource some of our landing pages development to an external developer...
We want to share the screen in a video call, show some landing pages, and give oral instructions about building landing pages of such kind.
We expect the developer to have an eye for design, and make the landing pages look pixel-perfect and attractive, at least like the examples that well him/her.
WORK PROCESS
The work process will be as follows:
1. First, we agree on a permanent hourly price.
2. Then, we send the user stories (see the first one below).

Option A: You read the user stories, and decide how many billable hours will each user story cost (i.e., price quote).
Option B: We give instructions during a video call, and you decide (during the call) how many billable hours (i.e., price quote) the landing page will cost.
4. We decide if to agree and develop the user story/landing page or not.
If we agree, then:
5. You build the feature/landing page.
6. You commit the code through GitHub.
7. We compile and do QA according to the user storys or oral instructions.
8. You fix bugs.
9. When everything works to our satisfaction - we pay you.
10. If the development (including bugs) took more or less time - it doesnt matter, the price will be as agreed (see #3 above).
