Job Summary:


Responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.
Attain Excellence in learning and competency events
Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment
Mentor others as required
Participate in pre-job planning, ensuring the right equipment will be available and procedures are up to date
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
Engage Customer contacts to promote company products and services
Act as back-up for first level of management, when requested
Conduct research / troubleshooting on site
Inspecting equipment and technologies
Resolving onsite malfunctions
Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
Diagnose construction or machinery problems
Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
Oversee repairs and technical improvements
Install New Systems and technology
Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
Cleanliness of site / breakdown storage of company owned equipment
Supervise and direct onsite crew
Draft and submit reports
Must be able to understand P&ID, single line drawings, and Controls equipment and pull drawings / procedures from Document control as necessary

Minimum Job Qualifications:


Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Similar Field or strong previous field specialist / tech background
Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment
Understanding of safety guidelines
Attention to detail
Ability to handle self in professional manner in front of clients
Outstanding communication skills
Strong organizational skills
An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work in adverse weather, overtime, weekends
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
