Established and busy in-home health care company with over 10 Years’ experience, looking for
CNA and HHA caregivers for OPENINGS in Palm Beach County. All shifts available 4-8-12 hour and Live In shifts for in-home care and or facility work.

Job Requirements
Please send/bring ALL requirements to register as an Independent Contractor:
· Valid Driver's License or Photo ID, & or Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization
· Social Security Card or Employment Tax ID Number
· CNA License, or HHA
· Level 2 background screening with ACHA fingerprints
· Physical within (6) months that states you are FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES
· CPR - American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute
· HIV/AIDS certificate
· Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication
· Alzheimer certificate
· Auto insurance if providing transportation
· References – 2 professional
· Previous Employment/ Contract history for the last 5 years
· Palm Beach County Caregiver ID Badge (HHA only)
