Spring Internship
The intern will be primarily assigned to research various legal issues and to prepare written memoranda. Occasionally, will be assigned to assist Assistant United States Attorneys in trial preparation. First and Second and Third year law students with completed course work in criminal law, civil and criminal procedure, and evidence are preferred, also students with excellent academic credentials are considered for internships. Assist on Legal Research; Observing Court Proceedings; Observing Plea Bargains; Pre-trial Motions; Appellate Briefs. 1L students and 2L students are considered.

Deadline : October 1.
