Senior Corporate Counsel - Integrity and Compliance
Duties: Responsibilities in collaboration with the VP. Participates in the development of Integrity and Compliance (IC) annual plan. Updates, maintains, and implements Adtalem’s Code of Conduct. Manages and drives compliance risk assessment. Manages compliance and ethics policy update, revisions, and development. Manages all aspects of the IC training and learning program; Contributes to the development and implementation of a multi-media, integrated IC communications plan. Collaborates in the development of Adtalem’s “Speak Up” program and related employee-facing policies and protocols. Manages and hosts bi-monthly Steering Committee meetings with cross-functional stakeholders. Supports VP in developing presentations for Board of Directors and Executive Management. Manages specific IC projects and programs as needed; Manages IC’s vendors to ensure proper service and accountability. Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
