Senior Analyst to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).u003cbru003e u003cbru003eProvide support to Navy Program Office responsible for full life cycle management of undersea defensive weapon systems.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003cbu003eJob Duties:u003c/bu003eu003cbru003e u003culu003e u003cliu003eSupports Engineering Team with document creation and routing documents for approval (e.g. briefs, meeting slides, official correspondence, spreadsheets)u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eProvides direct support for Engineering Team's meetings (setting up conference room space, taking meeting minutes, organizing attendee list and coordinating required security documentation)u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eManages high priority living documents for Engineering Team to make regular updates and maintain them ready for delivery to the client in support of major program milestones u003culu003e u003cliu003eCollects inputs to maintain Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions (CARDs) for multiple projects within the program office u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eWorks with program cost estimators to ensure that data required from the program office as well as industry partners via CARD supports their needsu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eMaintains Data Trackers for meetings with industry partners supporting the Program Officeu003c/liu003e u003c/ulu003e u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eSupports collection of inputs to feed larger Congressional briefs that are managed by other members of the Contractor Support teamu003c/liu003e u003c/ulu003eu003cbru003eu003cbu003eBasic Qualifications:u003c/bu003eu003cbru003e u003culu003e u003cliu003eSecret Security Clearance requiredu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eMinimum 3 years Navy Weapons Systems Acquisition program office experienceu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceu003cbru003e u003c/liu003e u003c/ulu003eu003cbru003eCandidates for this position will be required to adhere to NTT DATA's and its clients' COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
