Judge Technical Staffing is searching for a Lead .Net Developer / Architect for one of our major clients in Tampa Bay. This is a excellent Contract-to-Hire position with a large, stable company in the area.

Job Duties:
The software Lead / Architect is viewed as an expert in systems software engineering.
*Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
*Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous systems software engineering issues.
*Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. *Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements complex operating systems components, software tools, and utilities.
*Makes complex modifications to existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations.
*Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team.
*Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.
*Monitors project schedules and costs.
*Typically requires ten plus years of related experience.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
*4 Year college degree in computer science or work equivalent experience.
* Web Applications and Technologies: ASP.NET, C#, HTML, AJAX, XML, ADO, LinQ, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, must be proficient with MVC, Windows & Entity Frameworks
* Windows Applications and Technologies: Win Services, Win Forms, WPF, familiar with WCF
* Applications / Tools: Visual Studio 03 - 10, SharePoint 2010, AJAX Controls (Telerik, MS Atlas), Reflector, ReSharper, Refactor Pro, MS Expression Studio (3 - 4), VSS, TFS, Ektron CMS, Omniture Analytics Suite, Apex Sql tools
* Web Services: C#, XML (SOAP, REST, JSON-Format), JavaScript
* Databases: MS Sql Server 2000, 2005, 2008 Managed SQL (Sql Yukon)
