Specialist PR amp Brand Activation Remote

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

*Support PR and brand-building campaigns at priority seasons and moments.
*Liaise with the cross-functional partners to support brand partnerships, collaborations, PR initiatives and events. *Work closely with internal departments on campaigns/projects/exclusives as a project owner from PR. *Create written press materials including press releases, quotes, decks when needed. *Support in fulfilling editorial requests, talent seeding and credit information. *Liaise with sourcing and product merchandising teams for up-to-date sample information. *Support and serve as a liaison with agency and fulfill all requests/place warehouse orders for product. *Manage production of PR look books and other creative materials with internal teams. *Manage budgets and generate vendor payment. *Stay current of relevant trends, activities, potential partners, and competitors to inform the strategies of the department.  *Support management of activations from outreach to negotiation to agreement execution  
 

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
 

*Bachelor's degree *3+ years of experience working in Public Relations or communications agency or in house  with experience working with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, influencers and talent *Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills *Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and schedules *Strong organization and time management skills *Self- starter and the ability to work independently or as part of a team *Skilled at writing press releases and other PR related documents *Exceptional strategic and problem resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
*Experience working with clients in the lifestyle, fashion, or retail industries required  *Passion for Public Relations and commitment to brand's success
*Highly organized, detail oriented, great follow up
